Shortly after the leaked footage emerged, Blizzard announced a closed beta test for Diablo 4, inviting community members to try out its end-game content. It might not be too long before you can glimpse a proper look at the game. At least we know the upcoming RPG won't replicate Diablo Immortal's much-criticized microtransactions. That’s reassuring after a Diablo 4 leak from last month revealed a controversial Diablo 3 feature is making a comeback. Player reaction has largely been positive, with fans praising the leak’s gritty visuals and weighty combat. With Diablo 4 set to release next year, expect a lot more work to be done and changes to be made before we get our hands on it. Halfway through the 38-minute video, a short feedback survey even pops up, asking the player for their thoughts on the game in its current state. Lots of buildings are missing their textures, a few icons are yet to be put in, and some sound effects are absent. The footage is clearly taken from an early version of the game.
